Is Veya a medical practice?

Veya provides health and wellness consultations and coaching. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or replace care from your physician. Where something needs a doctor, you will be told plainly and helped to get there.

Can you prescribe hormone therapy?

No. Prescribing sits with a licensed prescriber. Veya can help you prepare for that conversation, organise your history so it is useful to whoever you see, and work alongside a physician you already have.

What happens on the free discovery call?

Accepted Answer

Fifteen minutes. You say what is going on, you hear how the practice works, and you get an honest answer about whether it is a fit. There is no intake form and nothing to prepare. If it is not a fit, you will be told so.

Do I need a membership to be seen?

Accepted Answer

No. Consultations can be booked individually. Membership exists because the work is continuous rather than episodic, and because most people want their history in one place between visits.

Are appointments virtual or in person?

Consultations are available virtually, and in person by arrangement. The discovery call is always virtual.

What do you do with my health information?

It is stored on infrastructure Veya controls directly rather than on a third-party health platform, it is kept separate from ordinary contact and billing data, and every access to it is logged. Veya does not sell it, and does not share it with advertisers or analytics tools. Full detail is in the Privacy Notice.

Does the assistant on this site see my health information?

Accepted Answer

No. It can answer questions about services, hours and how booking works. It has no access to client records of any kind, and it will not interpret symptoms or offer medical advice.

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Reschedule or cancel from your account up to 24 hours beforehand at no charge. Inside 24 hours, get in touch and it will be handled case by case.
